Morissa Ings, an islander born and raised, was first chosen as an officiant for her sister Christie’s wedding in 2018 where she discovered both her love and natural talent as an intimate, yet professional, Marriage Officiant. Since that first wedding in 2018, Morissa has officiated over 30 weddings on the island, and her love for officiating has only grown with each experience. Living in New Glasgow with her family, and her toy poodle Ginger, Morissa enjoys meeting new couples, helping to plan their big day, and performing at weddings – big & small!. When she isn’t busy officiating, Morissa works full-time as a medical professional in Charlottetown and enjoys all things purple, singing, playing flute professionally, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
